From 1996 to 2003, he created and managed a Toulouse-based company offering internet and IT services. He has acquired experience in ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and has developed his expertise in communication.

Moreover, he is a good negotiator able to assist the stakeholders to set up business plans and legal terms and process.
